I bought this doll as an adjunct to physical therapy, not necessarily for its intended use. Initially I was reluctant because of the high price, but I must say it was money well spent. The customer service was also very helpful and friendly. I’m sure there are other serious sellers out there, but this one responded to my email immediately and I received my doll 16 days after purchase. Yay!!!
